- Academic Certificates (SSC to BTECH)
- Provisional and Consolidates Marks Memo
- Caste Certificate
- Income Certificate
- Transfer and Bonafide Certificate
- All the above mentioned certificates (originals and two sets of Xerox copies) with 05 passport size photographs.
